LASER PRINTER LOGICAL COMPONENTS 

Now a days Laser printer  is a very popular  printer and it used huge place. Laser printer  have   some logical  components we can discuss  below.

A) Toner cartridge : This is   chemical powder  which content,  carbon, resin,  kiton ,  iron oxide.
             
   Toner is a black carbon  substance mixed with polyester resin and oxide particles.  Resin is use to make it to flow batter. Iron oxide is used to make the toner sensitive to electrical  change at the time of paper or print media. Kiton  is used for colour combination.

B) OPC dram :-  This drum is placed inside dark place of the laser printer. This drum coach with organize components. This drum very sensitive to the light. It is comes under light some parts of drum will be dis change. This drum is continuously rotating while printing.

C) Primary  corona wire :-  It is placed just above drum,  but it never touches the drum by sending current though this wire OPC drum get change at 600v.

D) Laser diode :- As the OPC drum can held the charge,  if it is exposes to light but certain rotation of the drum gets discharge’s when the laser can shines on the particular are of the OPC drum it is dis charge by 600 v.  

This way the image information  that is to be pin tech each  retain on the OPC drum and finally toner partials stick that area of the drum.

E) Secondary Corona wire :- The secondary corona wire change the paper which pulls the toner from OPC drum.

F) Static change eliminator :- That is used inside the laser printer to remove the static change  from the paper.  When the toner at ready comes to the print media.

G) Fuser roller (fusing assembly ):-
          Fussing roller is used to stick the toner particles with paper Permanent two roller are used  i) heading ii) presser roller
         
          Fuser uses the halogen lamp to heat the fusing roller two between  165 c  to 180 c as the paper passer between  the two rollers.  The pressure  roller push the paper against the fusing roller which melds the toner into the paper.

H) High voltage power  supply (HVPS):-
     Laser printer needs, +5v,  +12v,  +24v,  to operate different  optical components,  different ,  motors,  and cooling fan.

I) Ozen filter :- Since the laser printer use various high voltage ozen gas is generate   which can physically damage. Physical components of the laser printer to filter this can OZEN filter is used.


J) Cleaning blade :- cleaning blade is used to clean the OPC drum at the time of printing.
